Early Life and Career
Romina Power grew up in a privileged household and showed remarkable vocal talent from a young age.
When she turned 18, the young and charming American girl traveled to Italy in 1969 to pursue her musical education. It was in Italy that she met Al Bano Carrisi, a 25-year-old singer and festival host who was already famous at the time.
They started to be seen together more frequently, and their passionate romance culminated in their wedding on July 26, 1970.
